Welcome!

Starting out in journalism and presenting, Lauren has worked alongside some of the biggest broadcasters in the country, interviewing media figures, politicians, and influential voices across society.

With a passion for telling powerful, underrepresented stories covering topics such as social injustice, neurodiversity, mental health, and suicide prevention.

Lauren has built a career rooted in impactful, purpose driven media.

As a Journalist and Media Specialist, she brings that same dedication to the brands and communities she works with, using her storytelling expertise to craft compelling communications, copy, and content.

Her client portfolio includes a wide range of organisations such as Fréa Renewing Roots, the National Neurodiversity Show, Ciphr, City in the Community, Irish Community Care, and many more.

From covering sensitive issues like Mother and Baby Homes to raising awareness around suicide prevention and postvention, Lauren continues to use her voice and platform to make meaningful change. Both in the media and for the clients she serves.

Whether on screen or behind the scenes, Lauren’s mission is clear: to inform, inspire, and give voice to stories that deserve to be heard.

About Lauren

Recent work

Lauren’s recent journalistic work with Fréa Renewing Roots and Irish Community Care has focused on shedding light on the lived experiences of Irish communities across the North West of England.

Through in-depth interviews and powerful storytelling, she has been uncovering and documenting the personal histories surrounding Mother and Baby Homes, a deeply sensitive topic with lasting generational impact.

Her work not only gives voice to those affected but also supports wider conversations around justice, healing, and recognition.

Lauren’s collaboration with the organisation is part of her ongoing commitment to using media as a tool for social awareness and community advocacy.
