Journalism
Alongside her presenting work, Lauren brings years of experience behind the scenes in journalism and production—shaping powerful stories from concept to final cut.
She has worked with everyone from high-profile public figures to CEOs, creating impactful content across TV, digital, and branded platforms. With a sharp editorial eye and a strong sense of narrative, Lauren specialises in digital journalism, crafting stories that resonate with audiences and reflect an organisation’s voice with authenticity.

Since taking the leap into self-employment two years ago, Lauren has worked on a diverse range of projects that reflect both her values and versatility as a media professional.

From scripting short-form documentaries and managing brand storytelling strategies to facilitating community-led campaigns, her work spans across sectors including health, education, social impact, and heritage.

She's partnered with national charities, grassroots organisations, and forward-thinking companies to bring powerful narratives to life — whether through digital content, campaign messaging, or creative consultancy.

Lauren's career highlights include developing communications for mental health and suicide prevention initiatives, producing inclusive video content for neurodivergent communities, and leading narrative development for public sector campaigns aimed at addressing inequality.

Lauren has also taken on roles as a workshop facilitator, speaker, and consultant supporting teams to communicate with empathy, clarity, and authenticity.

Every project she takes on is guided by a simple question: whose story needs to be heard, and how can we tell it in a way that truly connects?
